Sales Representative
What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify leads — coaches, consultants, local businesses, and service providers who need real digital infrastructure
- Conduct discovery calls, identify pain points, and match prospects to the right Plopjoy service
- Follow up, nurture leads, and move prospects from first contact to signed contract
- Represent Plopjoy across DMs, email, phone, and social with professionalism
- Track pipeline and report weekly on leads, closes, and conversions
What we're looking for
- Proven ability to hold business conversations and close — conversational or formal, as long as you're effective
- Comfortable discussing websites, funnels, automation, AI tools, and CRM at a conceptual level
- Self-motivated with zero need for hand-holding — this is a results-based role
- Active on social or in entrepreneurial communities is a major plus
- Fast responder, clear communicator, someone who follows through every single time
