How much does Launch Weekend cost?
Pricing depends on scope. We talk through your business in a free Strategy Assessment and quote you on the call. We're transparent about it — we just don't want a price tag deciding the conversation before we understand the work.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
Agencies sell hours and revisions. We sell a finished business. You'll have a brand, a site, a lead system, and an operating plan in 3 days — not a Notion doc that needs another 6 weeks of meetings to become real.
What if 3 days isn't enough?
It is. We've done it 8+ times across our own ventures. The constraint is the feature — the 3-day window forces decisions, eliminates scope creep, and ships a working business instead of a half-finished one.
What do I need to provide?
A few hours of focused availability across the weekend, decisions when we ask, and any existing assets you have (photos, copy, customer data). If you don't have any of that, we build from scratch. That's normal.

What happens after the weekend?
You get 14 days of post-launch support included. After that, you can hire us as your Operator (monthly retainer) or take it from here yourself — your call. Most clients run it themselves; some keep us on for ongoing growth work.
Do you offer a refund?
If we don't ship a working business by Sunday end-of-day for reasons on our side, you don't pay. That's the deal.
