How much does Operator Support cost?
Pricing is quoted on the discovery call after we understand your business and which tier fits. We don't publish numbers because the right answer depends on scope — and we'd rather have a real conversation than have you self-disqualify on a price tag.
Why a 6-month minimum?
Because anything less is just consulting. Real operator work — positioning shifts, hiring, acquisition systems, lifecycle programs — needs months to compound. If you're looking for a 30-day engagement, that's a different product (Relaunch).
What if my business doesn't fit any of the three tiers?
We have flexibility. Some clients run hybrid arrangements — heavier execution one quarter, lighter the next, or a custom scope tied to a specific outcome. We'll figure it out on the call.
Who actually does the work?
Kevin leads every engagement directly. For execution-heavy work, we pull in vetted contractors from our network — but you always know who's on it, and Kevin owns the outcome.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days' notice after the 6-month minimum is complete. If something's genuinely not working before that, we'll have a conversation. We're not going to hold you hostage in a contract that's not delivering.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA before any deep diligence. We work with founders running real businesses — confidentiality is the floor, not the ceiling.
How is this different from hiring a fractional CMO / COO / Head of X?
Fractional execs are usually pure strategy and 1–2 days a month. Operator Support is hybrid — strategy AND hands-on execution — and the access is much higher (Slack, weekly calls, real responsiveness). Different shape of work.
